Chief People And Performance Officer

Job Purpose

You will independently manage and organize the efficient functioning of the Chief People & Performance Officer's office and to prioritize all appointments and activities.


Below are the main responsibilities involved in the role, but not limited to:
Efficiently process and manage all inbound and outbound data and information, both confidential and routine; review documents and if necessary ask for supporting data before forwarding to the chief’s office for approval and signature.

Maintain close liaison with the CEO’s office and take accountability to ensure that all matters are attended to promptly as required, giving attention to details to ensure completeness and accuracy of information.

Manage and organize internal and external meetings and organize travel arrangements. Ensure preparation and follow up for regular EVP/VP meetings for the division. Take minutes of the meetings where required, and distribute to attendees in a timely fashion following meetings.
Prepare correspondence, reports and presentations. Ensure accuracy of information, attention to detail, timely data collection, integration of information where applicable, appropriate use of business language, preparation and submission within required time lines.
Manage the chief’s petty cash and expense claim documentation.
Maintain chief’s diary; maximizing effective utilization of time, manage changes in schedule, and ensure that all matters brought forward to the division chief’s office are responded and attended to in a timely and appropriate manner.


You are required to have a degree level education in Business Administration or related field, with additional certifications on office managm

In addition to above, you are also required to have the following:
Educated to degree level in Business Administration or related field, with additional certifications on office management or secretarial courses.
7 to 8 years overall experience in secretarial or administrative function in an international business environment with at least 3 to 5 years as a senior/executive secretary to a divisional head.
Experience in a multi-cultural working environment and at least 1 to 2 years airline experience is preferred.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English including business writing and presentation skills; Arabic language will be preferred.
Must have high computer literacy.
Good knowledge of the airline industry and familiarity with the respective airline division is preferred (e.g. Finance, Operations, Commercial, etc.).
