Overview:
Compiles and analyzes statistical information, and design plans to improve vulnerable points . Develops service quality analysis, integrated warranty/cost analysis, projections, goal-settings, action plans, a wide variety of reports, and presentations. Has knowledge of commonly-used concepts, practices, and procedures within a particular field. A wide degree of creativity, latitude, and self-motivation is expected.

Responsibilities:

Analyze information obtained from service market in order to conceptualize and define operational problems
Study and analyze information about alternative courses of action in order to determine which plan will offer the best outcomes
Collaborate with senior managers and decision-makers to identify and solve a variety of problems and to clarify management objectives
Prepare daily, weekly and monthly management reports defining and evaluating problems and recommending solutions


Formulate mathematical or simulation models of problems regarding service network, relating constants and variables, restrictions, alternatives, conflicting objectives, and their numerical parameters. Define data requirement then gather and validate information, applying judgment and statistical tests
Lead and support process improvement projects such as Best Work Practice
Develop short & long-term goals and strategic objectives, forecast warranty claims and service operation budget
Identify, analyze, and monitor issues that affect profitability, customer satisfaction, productivity, and the achievement of corporate goals
Create newsletter or service center guidebook in order to communicate and provide the updated information for company technicians and service centers
Other duties as assigned by manager (all duties should be done within due time)


Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in a business related field required
1-2 years of experience in the field
Advanced skills in MS Excel (Vlookup, Pivot).
Proficient in MS PowerPoint (Report) and MS Access
Knowledge of Photoshop or InDesign is preferred.
Strong communication abilities due to heavy interface with management and a variety of operational departments
Sharp analytical skills providing problem solving identification and resolution.
Ability to multitask and work successfully in rapidly changing environment
Ability to respond quickly to management requests and work as needed to perform duties
Strong responsibility and initiativeness to fulfill the task given
