Guest Service Agent-FRA

You will be responsible for supporting the delivery an excellent airport guest experience which is aligned with the Etihad Airways corporate values.
Furthermore, you will be responsible for:
Controlling as directed, flight-handling activities such as flight editing, check-in, transfers, boarding etc, in order to ensure a high service standard.
Acting as point of liaison for 3rd party check-in staff, monitoring third party activities to ensure that services are delivered in accordance with Etihad Airways values and requirements.
Performing an active role during delays and disruption whilst ensuring that our guests are cared for in the most appropriate manner
Takes an active role in emergency response and business continuity activations and exercises.
Ensuring that opportunities to optimize excess baggage revenues are identified and delivered.
Meeting and greeting guests, paying special attention to those with special needs.
You should have a minimum secondary level of education with 1-3 years of customer service experience, airline experience is an advantage.
In addition to above, you are also required to have the following:
Fluently German speaking.
local work permit in Germany is manadatory
Strong written and verbal English language communication skills.
Function specific licenses for tasks performed, where required e.g. load control
Works independently with tight deadlines and under pressure as this position is located in a busy environment.
