Business Management Analyst

Finance (dept. Marketing – International Sales Strategy)

Position description
Analyses of the financial / automotive reports of the dealer networks worldwide, assessment of their financial performance and stability, translating financial results into the automotive language, reporting to the respective region management of Škoda Auto, active communication with the importers regarding financial achievements, guidance of the importers (reporting standards, interpretation, implementation of the business management system worldwide).

Requirements
(University) degree in economics
1-2 years experience in finance / controlling
Reasonable financial awareness (accounting standards, analytical thinking, good level of understanding the financial statements)
Excellent communication and presentation skills
English - fluent
German – intermediate and above
Automotive business know-how is a plus
Complex approach
Determined and tenacious (in the long run)
Self-driven, positive
Multicultural mind-set is a must
Open minded, team player
Czech or foreigner
