POSITION SUMMARY:
This position reports to the Customer Master Data Manager ' Sales Reporting in the Nestlé Sales Division. This position is responsible for working with Nestlé teams including the LGO, GC, NBS, BTC and business units in the creation, maintenance and support of Nestle Sales Division sales reporting and customer master data. The individual in this position will follow and apply rigorous data standards in all areas of master data. In addition, the incumbent will utilize SAP Workflow to assist in the approval process for each master data object. This position requires the candidate to be an individual contributor to the overall management and quality control of master data. This person will need to be a subject matter expert on customer master data, and how it affects and is affected by system architecture and all usages within business processes. The candidate is expected to meet or exceed all service levels and support master data processes.

The individual occupying this position will support Business Transition initiatives by identifying and executing data analysis, cleansing and conversion tasks related to the migration of data objects. This includes reviewing functional specifications, developing test scenarios and scripts, performing tests, analyzing test results, and developing training materials. This position requires the ability to assess objectives for assigned initiatives/projects and the ability to work under demanding circumstances and tight deadlines. In addition, the incumbent collaborates with others to ensure that the delivered solutions match the functionality and requirements specified.

This position requires excellent communications, team contribution, strong technical skills and accountability for the quality of efforts and deliverables.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
* Provide on-going production support, regularly monitor and update service desk help tickets; provide user assistance.

* Carry out analysis on large amounts of data for adherence to internal and external standards.

* Design and implement master data processes using best practices to satisfy business requirements; collaborate with business users, LGO and GLOBE colleagues to design, test, train and implement process or system enhancements and production support solutions.

* Provide business analysis related to master data management.

* Partnering with business units to identify continuous process improvement opportunities.

* Develop and manage a conversion plan timeline that meets the larger business transition plan, including the timelines of other deliverables with dependencies on customer master data.

* Attend business transition project meetings, provide status updates on customer conversion plan, and determine the impact of any issues, changes or decisions.

Within the larger Nestlé community:

* Represent the Sales Customer Master Data Team within the broader Nestlé community. Build positive relationships with other Nestle teams and individuals.

* Advise technical teams on their usage of customer mater data within their developments. Warn of any potential issues or negative impacts and suggest solutions if possible.

* Provide feedback to business teams on the ability of existing systems, processes, and data to support their business requirements, current and future. Propose solutions to mitigate any potential risks.

EXPERIENCE:
* Two or more years of experience in a relevant functional area in the industry or in a CPG environment.
* Experience with governing, enforcing, driving, and communicating data standards.
* Two or more years of experience in which one or more of the following occurred:
* Successfully worked on implementing complex IT applications.
* Developed efficient and effective solutions to diverse and complex business problems.

SKILLS:
* Experience managing master data in a SAP environment; Experience with reviewing, conducting data analysis and data manipulation with large data files.

* Seeks, understands, and openly accepts feedback from others to continuously improve performance.

* Ability to collaborate with business partners on key deliverables and manages expectations to make positive contributions based on personal knowledge and experience.

* Ability to map and understand business and technical process flows as they integrate with system and technical architecture.

* Flexibility and adaptability to the demands and requirements of a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities; ability to work on multiple projects and assignments simultaneously. Excellent time-management abilities.

* Highly proficient in MS Word, Excel, Access, Project, PowerPoint and Outlook.

* General knowledge in Siebel, APO, Business Objects, MS SQL Server and C# a plus.

REQUIREMENTS AND MINIMUM EDUCATION LEVEL:
* A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management Information Systems, or related discipline, or equivalent work experience, is required.

* Conceptual knowledge of information technologies and methodologies.
