Job description
limited to:
• Receiving inbound calls (requests for information, assistance, or to
report issues) from clients
• Making outbound calls to existing clients and following up on issues related to product recalls

• Using information databases and tools to resolve client enquires and issues
• Ability to handle client escalations and deal with dissatisfied callers.
• Uses communication skills to resolve customer problems via telephone.
• Interfaces with other support teams to understand issues/problems related to customer support.
• Escalates critical performance, customer and staff issues to Manager or Team Leader of CSC.
• Assume additional responsibilities as assigned by the CSC Manager.

Required Skills:

• Basic PC Skills (Windows 2000, XP, MS Office suite). This position will require basic PC literacy, but is not a technical IT role
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
• Professional and helpful attitude
• Demonstrated ability to gain knowledge quickly and develop skills
• Demonstrated ability to follow procedures and directions from supervisors.
• Ability to comfortably liaise with customers at all levels including senior managers and executives.
• Excellent presentation and customer service attitudes.
• Effective communication skills, both oral and written.
• Well organised, logical, and methodical. Able to manage own time.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proactive and able to initiate new concepts.
• Committed to ensuring work practices and procedures are working effectively.
• Team player.
• Previous experience in the Motor Vehicle Industry would be highly regarded
• Fluent English, both verbal and written

Working Conditions:

Normal/flexible office conditions, may be exposed to irregular work hours.
