Offer Description
These employees are responsible for identifying problems and their causes in software environments.

Their responsibilities are:
- Crash Analysis and Evaluation, recreation, and resolution of incidents reported by the client. -Use Systems incident management appropriate to search for known problems in order to create or update entries incident. - advice and guidance to clients to help them use the software. - Use the resources and technical tools for IBM to answer customer questions and meet their needs in a timely manner. The software environments are operating systems, programming languages, management systems, databases, software packages, development tools, etc.. In Team Customer Support Division Industry Solutions / Trade IBM application support engineer is responsible for managing and solving customer problems on the product suite of supply chain management ( Supply Chain Management). The main activities are diagnosing, troubleshooting and incident management. The support engineer will use a good capacity for problem solving, combined with excellent communication and customer focus to ensure a high level of satisfaction client.

Duties / responsibilities:

Assist internal and external customers in diagnosing and solving technical problems by answering questions about features or use of complex products during the installation phase, development or exploitation, through the phone , email and the Web
Keep it regularly informed clients, colleagues and management on the state of problem solving during
Accountability and monitoring of complex problems, openness to the resolution.
Ensure that the rate of quality of service (SLA) are met regularly. Conditions:

Excellent communication skills
Good analytical and problem solving
Ability to manage priorities and handle multiple issues simultaneously. Technical requirements:

Knowledge of Unix operating systems and Windows 2000/XP
Experience in one or more of the following: Java, SQL, PL / SQL, Oracle Server, DB2, MS SQL, Unix shell script, XML
Knowledge of J2EE architecture and WebSphere application servers and / or Weblogic More:

Professional experience in the application or product support, or counseling
Knowledge of supply chain management, warehouse management, order management, ERP applications, and / or financial systems is desirable.

Basic knowledge: Java, SQL, PL / SQL, Oracle Server, DB2, MS SQL, Unix shell script, XML
English: Fluent
French: Fluent
