We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Integration Lead with a minimum of 8 years of work experience in the area of product program software integration or software development. In this role, you will work directly with Software Build Engineers, Program Software Managers and Software Release Managers as the core integration entity. You are expected to arbitrate with software implementation and synchronize dependencies in an effort to minimize project risk while securing the Product Program's interest in delivering configured stable software. The candidate is expected to have experience in building complex software packages while having extensive software development background to add the needed configuration changes, merge software tasks/error corrections and synchronize dependencies.

Core Responsibilities:
Integrate software release components with the required configuration from multiple software entities (external and internal) meeting the Product Program requirements.
Merge software tasks or error corrections to the Product software branch working closely with the Program Software Manager. The end deliverable will be used for testing, error verification and submission for final build creation.
Manage the risk and stability for the product software branch.
Synchronize software dependencies and identify software product delivery risk.
Provide support in software Configuration Management with disciplined version control.
Maintain cooperative working mode by way of strong communication with Software Engineering, Release Managers and Program Software Managers.
Contribute in creation of Integration process to further build on quality level while improving overall software stability.

Masters' or Bachelor's of Science degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or an equivalent qualification.
8 years experience in Software Engineering, Software Configuration and product software integration.
A thorough understanding and experience with software configuration management tools and scripting languages (e.g. GIT, PERL, Python)
Solid development skills in C++, C# or Python programming skills
A good understanding of tracing and debugging methods with a persistent problem solving attitude.
A strong interpersonal skill and versatile team playing attitude having, at the same, the ability to work independently with an open and flexible mindset.
You have a 'can-do'; delivery-oriented mindset and you enjoy taking the initiative.
Ability to proactively collaborate with Software Engineering and Release Management teams.
Exposure to Agile methodologies such as SCRUM.
Additional Qualification:
Ability to use the joint development tools such as GIT.
The software development experience in small team environment, as key individual contributor.
Experience with Linux (Used for debug and investigation).
Experience with any test automation tools would be an advantage.
Experience of creating globalized applications with a focus on strong user interface.
Experience of Agile Software Development / XP practices (TDD, Pair Programming, CI).
