Our Technology growth platform comprises three service groups: Systems Integration, Technology Consulting, and Information Technology (IT) Outsourcing. People in the Technology growth platform will help accelerate growth, and industry, functional and technical innovation across our entire suite of Technology services.

The Application Outsourcing (AO) Solution Architect (SA) plays a critical client facing role that interprets and translates client requirements into a solution that can be configured from a standard set of offerings. The SA operates as the single point of contact or as a part of a team (on large deals with multiple SAs) accountable to the SA SPOC from stage 1 to deal closure and the transition to the OADM.

The SA must be able to create compelling value propositions and leverage available assets to craft a solution that our clients find attractive and will buy, at the same time will meet Accenture's financial requirements. Will act as sole architect or lead a solution planning team for medium size deals ($10M per annum, $20M team sales, with moderate risk). Manages the senior client buyer and functional owner (e.g., CIO) relationships for the designated solution (may also include Sales Directors, Market Makers (MM)).

Key responsibilities may include:
Accountable for client/customer satisfaction or relationship
Establishes and expands relationships at the Director/Senior Executive level
Demonstrate strong business acumen and thought leadership towards knowledge capital, new solutions, services or intellectual property.
Understand and translate buyer requirements into a standard solution offering deal approach

Communicates and translates complex technical/specialist issues/proposals to client or project groups and secures buy in
Preparing the BD spend estimate, schedule, work plan, resource/sourcing plan
Understand and clearly define the input required to create cost estimates; Preparing the cost model estimates working with Service Delivery, Solution Management (if applicable) and CTS to deliver the defined scope of services
Collaborating as a key member of the sales team to represent the solution offering to the client buyer and other internal Accenture groups
Aligning final solution architecture (including statement of work, schedules and other contractual documents) with final terms and conditions
