Most of our people in Services are based long-term at a client location, an Accenture Delivery Center or, in some cases, an Accenture office.

Client Service Team Manager Job Summary:

The Client Service Team Manager manages the work of more than one delivery or process team through others (e.g., team leads, external teams or vendors).The Client Service Team Manager agrees on deliverables, budget, schedule, dependencies, service levels, operating metrics and scope for a Client Service/Service Delivery Team. They assign resources and are ultimately accountable to ensure their team or extended team creates deliverables on budget, on schedule and with the appropriate quality. The job requires interfacing with Contract Service Management Leads, Project Managers and the Client Service/Service Delivery Team.


Responsible for the delivery of Accenture Operations for the a specific project. This is an outsourcing function. The role is responsible for the following areas:
- Application Maintenance for the system
- Technical Infrastructure & Monitoring
- Help Desk
- BPO - Financial Management Processing
- Customer Call Centre
