Job Description
The successful candidate will be responsible for all aspects of HR Administration in the UK to assist the HR International team and support the UK payroll activity with Finance each month. The position holder will handle correspondence that will be of a highly confidential nature.

You should have a minimum secondary school education
Minimum of 2 to 3 years of experience in general HR/Administration
Experience in the airline industry is preferred
MS Office (Word/Excel/PowerPoint) and Office Administration skills
High standard of written and spoken English and the ability to support with reports and presentation preparation
Cultural sensitivity and respect for diverse beliefs and cultures.

You will be responsible to:

Undertake HR administrative duties, including but not limited to phones and email correspondence
Maintain HR database/filing system to organise and update all relevant data using database applications for the department to facilitate retrieving and tracking of received/sent documents
Coordinate and liaise with all relevant departments in Head Office and UK and third party suppliers where necessary
Assist with recruitment administration and HR induction for new staff
Gather necessary staff information/documents for payroll and attend monthly payroll meetings with Finance to liaise and communicate the information. Ensure that HR payroll records are maintained effectively.
Handle inbound and outbound post, mail and HR memos to staff.
Maintain and assist with monitoring of the station’s HR statistics
Assist with internal audits and budget preparations
Coordinate and perform purchasing as necessary
