Job Purpose
Processing Commercial/employee/internal visa applications, in compliance with government mandates and procedures, to meet legal requirements. Ensuring proper security measures are met, concurrently adhering to performance targets, and liaising with PRO, Immigration Authorities, and TTS. Role will cover 24 hour operation, 7 days a week based at both airport and other locations depending on position of the day.

Responsibilities
In addition to above, you will also be accountable for:
Maintain official updates on visa requirements including changes in nationality allowances, required documentation, exception, extensions, and any other related data
Contribute to company revenue by ensuring that commercial Guests visas are processed on time to secure business and increase traffic
Process 96hrs/14/30/90days duty travel visas according to the arrival date after verifying the documents.
Updating Amadeus with visa on arrival messages and inform the source office with the visa copy
Manage the assigned documentation list ( 14days/96hrs/visa unit) & personal to ensure all visa applications are processed on time.

Responsible of compiling, generating and communicating daily reports to management and maintaining G drive with updated information for reference and planning use
Co ordinate between TTS and the immigration to ensure all latest updates on procedures and policies are accurately available and accessible to AUH/Outstations staff to avoid any confusion, redundant efforts, and/or inconvenience to Guests
Attend to telephone enquiry calls on procedures and documentations required for visa processing.

Filing of applications
Clear overstay with weekly reports to avoid DXB and AUH system block to enable smooth visa processing.
Handle guest affairs complaints efficiently with timely feedback after investigating the cause, and identifying the corrective and preventive actions to avoid any recurrence of problems of same or similar nature
Maintain a clear backlog, ensuring all required visas/extensions are actioned on time
Assist in Global contact center operations when needed.
Co ordinate with PRO for urgent visa approvals
In the absence of PRO, process duty travel requirements, liaise with AUH immigration, and coordinate with Ground Services/STPC counter, proper documentation and visa copies

Requirements
Excellent communication in Arabic, both written and spoken.
Good command on English language both written and spoken.
Educated to high school level, or equivalent to Ordinary National Diploma level.
Computer literacy – Knowledge on Microsoft office applications
