Purpose

Accountable for delivering key brand projects � supporting the strategies and objectives of the brand.
Leads a number of project teams and strongly collaborates with the cross-functional business team.
Typically reports to a Brand Manager or Senior Brand Manager.

Accountabilities

Project Management

Lead cross-functional project teams on assigned projects.
Responsible for ensuring assigned projects deliver the brand objectives, financial objectives, timing, cost and quality expectations.

Commercial Acumen

Measuring & Monitoring Brand Performance

Uses analysis to inform decisions, is commercially minded when making decisions

Accountable to deliver project P&L in line with brand objectives.

Provide quality input into forecasting for their projects.


Building Brand Equity

Clear understanding of 5 phases of Kraft Marketing Strategy Framework of the brand.
Clear understanding of the Strategic Valuable Consumer (SVC) identified for their brand. Support the Brand Manager or Senior Brand Manager in SVC process.Clear understanding of brand Product Quality Strategy, Packaging Strategy and Pricing Strategy.

Understands how the projects fit into the brand strategy. Tailors projects to deliver against brand objectives.

Integrated Marketing Communication

Lead (plan, execute and track) particular Tools and Tasks of brand Integrated Marketing Communication (IMC).
Accountable for brand consumer promotions and ensure the fit of IMC and brand strategy.

Pre-Requisites

A tertiary qualification within either Commerce/Business/Arts/Law is mandatory.
Experience working in a high volume consumer goods.
Minimum 2 years working in a commercially focused role.
Strong commercial understanding and experience extending beyond strong insight into competitor and customer strategies and activity.
Understanding of how to drive innovation whilst balancing process control.
Strong communication skills
Sound judgment as well as the ability to effectively network throughout the organization to ensure alignment and support of the Commercial strategy.
Strong financial acumen

Excellent negotiation skills
Ability to reduce complexity, via an analytical, disciplined, collaborative approach.
