Microsoft OEM Specialist
Sydney, NS, Australia

Position summary:
The primary responsibility of this role is to drive Premium OS, MS Office and Server OEM attach across ANZ Dell CSMB. The OEM Specialist will be responsible for achieving Dell | Microsoft OEM revenue and unit goals for ALL Microsoft OEM Products by:
Operations and Planning

• Implement weekly and monthly incentive programs across the Sales floor focusing on Microsoft OEM products. Assist Dell Marketing & Brand Team and Sales with product positioning and sales.
• Provide to Microsoft weekly updates on performance to both internal teams/management from Dell and Microsoft, covering Key Metrics: Units, Performance vs Seasonality, Sales program execution via Metrics dashboard. Monthly/fortnightly calls with Microsoft regional OEM lead to synchronize. Calls to include insights within call centre, “how to improve…”.
• Work Closely with Country Brand Manager for Microsoft OEM to sync with all programs and ensure correct programs are in place to drive OEM attach across all product segments.
• Support MS &Dell Wk 6 quarterly planning sessions for the following quarter’s execution.
• Call Center insights
• Provide single point of contact for Call Centre activities and metrics OEM related.
• Assist PMM and S&P team with the maintenance of Microsoft product SKUs/MOD’s and Dell|MS solution design
Budget and Funding
• Ensure all funding supplied for internal programs is allocated correctly and executed according to plan
• Collation of POE to in country vendor funding manager
Training and Product Evangelist
• Work with sales representatives and retail sales teams and Microsoft to ensure appropriate product training is implemented, especially focusing on new products on all Microsoft OEM products.
• Enable quarterly training (preferably on-site) in call centres on Microsoft products.
• Motivate the floor: Work with Sales managers to assist in driving appropriate sales behavior when selling Microsoft. This may include phone calls and direct training.

· Bachelor degree or equivalent
· Knowledge of Dell India an advantage
· Drive for Results, a self-starter who works well within a team
· 2-3 years sales experience
· Excellent communication, negotiation and influencing skills
· Strong MS Office skills (Powerpoint, Excel, Outlook, Word)
· Must be able to work independently and be self motivated
· Minimum 2 years of relevant experience
Extensive knowledge of the MS and Dell products
