Job Description: The Product Management Operations Manager is accountable for:

- definition and execution of the adoption strategy for ITIL best practices
- create, leverage, and delivery training to educate the Product Management organization
- support ITIL mapping exercise for TS Business Services
- alignment with AS, Marketing, CSTG,Operations, Sales and Grow Services as required
- lead the requirements definition for a next-gen Services Catalog
- oversee and contribute to the development activities related to Services Catalog

Primary deliverables:
- Creation and updating of documentation including (but not limited to) ITIL papers, role based training modules, wiki, and templates
- Participate in cross-functional teams to implement changes and improvements, as required
- Provide ongoing support to Product and Program Managers who execute and enforce the process, respectively
- create and update business and system requirements document for the Services Catalog, when required

Requirements:
- BS or BA or 5+ years of equivalent experience
- 2+ years experience managing a Corporate wide program.
- Proficient in MS-Office tools, including Visio
- ITIL version 3 (or above) certification
- Excellent communication skills (written, oral, interpersonal)
- Ability to influence cross-functional teams without direct authority
- Excellent interpersonal skills

Desired additional skills:
- Experience in change management and training
- Familiarity with Cisco's Product Development Methodology

This position must reside in San Jose, CA.
