Supporting the sales and customer relations efforts of the CAC (Commercial Air Conditioning) department by providing support to the Commercial Sales Manager and assigned Applied Reps on the coordination of customer requests, technical and project specific administrative.

This includes the use of LG LAT’s software for selection and pricing of Multi V customer requirements, supporting efforts of CAC Sales to obtain customer acceptance of LG Multi V standard designs, and assisting in the efforts of the product team (Product Manager, Commercial Sales Manager, Sales Director and Service Department) to successfully compete in the HVAC VRF market.


CAC Multi V Systems Selection and Pricing Support
Utilize LG LAT’s VRF selection software to identify, select and price applicable LG VRF Multi V product to meet and achieve customer HVAC design requirements for mechanical cooling and heating needs.
Prepare LG direct customer proposals, quote letters & equipment submittals as assigned by the Commercial Sales Department Manager.

CAC Sales Order Follow up Coordination and Execution with Internal Associated LG departments, SCM, Order Entry, Shipping, etc., and External Customers.
Coordinates sales follow-up that may include start-up commissioning services scheduling, solutions to delivery delays, shipping problems, or omissions. Ensure customer orders are shipped with complete bills of material.

CAC Product – Design / Installation Technical Support
Provide timely technical support to Customers and Sales Channels on a daily basis.
Preparation of Equipment Submittal Drawings and Follow up for Approval Status prior to Order Release into Production.

Follow typical standardized submittal guidelines, both preparing and processing of submittals, finalizing unit selections, verifying unit performance, and verifying all options match with project schedule & specifications. All specs in submittals should reference all addenda. Incumbent will verify that LG has an “Approved” submittal prior to releasing equipment for shipment.

Bachelor of Science degree (B. S.) in Engineering and/or Engineering Technology from a four-year college or university
Minimum 2 years field experience as an Inside Sales Engineer within the HVAC field.
