Job description
A member of the Tiger Team is responsible for developing integrated solutions that address the business of our customers (both industrial and commercial). His area of responsibility: - It must provide value to the customer while supporting strategies for IBM. - Establishes and maintains strong relationships with leaders and influential people in IT customer under its charge. He knows and control their organizations, their finances, their competitiveness on the market, and their business problems. - It creates solutions that are tailored to client needs and integrates the functionality of IBM in a way that, evaluated by the customer , is greater than the competition. - He understands and navigates IBM to identify, acquire and manage a team of experts and vital resources to develop the best solution for the customer. - They promote our brands while developing a solution that meets the specific needs of each client. - He cultivates an understanding of its clients' businesses, including trends in its industry, he knows what the market trends, which are the major competitors of the client in its sector. - It includes the IBM solutions that provide value propositions to the customer, and are tailored to industry specific customer / business needs and exceed the competition. - He is aware of the methods and IBM models used in the solution and can articulate their value to the customer. - It ensures that the solution design and delivery team reviews the appropriate methods and models in the solution of the customer.
