Job Purpose
The key responsibility of this role is to provide support to the cadets who are attending the cadet pilot programme. This role is accountable for the performance management of the cadet pilots.

The role will also establish, monitor and maintain a network within educational establishments that will provide high calibre Emirati candidates for the cadet pilot programme.

In addition to above, you will also be accountable for:
To develop effective relationship with all the educational institutions in UAE in order to attract best talent for EY’s cadet pilot program.

Promote and provide visibility to EY’s cadet pilot program through appropriate medium to attract high calibre of Emirati graduates for the Cadet Pilot Program.
To build and manage effective relationships with all service providers.

To conduct regular performance management reviews for all cadet pilots on a to determine appropriate strategies and interventions to address any shortfalls.
To attend all performance assessments for the cadet pilots with the service provider and provide feedback to EY management on all cadets.

To establish and maintain a mentoring programme for Emiratis within the programme.
To provide support to all Emiratis on the programme.
To facilitate the transfer and continuous follow up for Emiratis finishing their development programmes.

Degree holder.
Certification in assessment instruments.
Well developed communication, strong interpersonal skills and sound presentation skills.
Strong planning and organizing, communication and consultative skills.
Computer literate.
