Job Purpose
To oversee the operational management of retail outlets across the U.A.E. To manage the efficient delivery of operations support functions to agreed service standards in order to optimise resources, maximise productivity and increase revenues. To ensure compliance with agreed standards by all internal and external service providers.

You will be responsible to:
Assess and forecast workload throughout the year and agree the manpower plan and review as required to ensure that adequate resources are budgeted and available.
Ensure efficient rostering across locations to achieve agreed service levels whilst maximizing resources. Ensure that the roster supports the operation with a balance to minimise absenteeism and sickness.

Ensure efficient administration of in-house HR functions, manage operational expenses including shop rentals, IT cost, utilities and other associated costs.
Review current and future business requirements and develop/align processes to help achieve business objectives. Prepare and present business cases as required. Ensure timely communication of any procedural changes to the teams.

Agree, implement and manage the quality assurance and customer service objectives and targets for all Retail locations.
Negotiate with service providers to achieve required standard parameters in line with Retail business objectives and overall EY policies and procedures.
Manages facilities, workspaces and equipment to ensure requirements are met across locations.
Take an active lead in implementation of new systems (e.g. sales reporting). Working closely with IT and vendors, ensure training, on-going support and communication management are provided to facilitate smooth roll-out.
Lead or support ad hoc projects as required.
Control and manage the maintenance, repairs and visual communications budgets across location.
You are required to have the following:
At least five years experience in the airline/retail travel environment with a major company
A minimum of five years experience, in an operational environment, with at least three years in a senior or managerial role. Experience in managing service providers is required. Experience of working in a multi-cultural environment is essential.
Comprehensive understanding of retail selling principles and distribution channels.
A good level of understanding of the airline market, travel industry and people management.
A high level of budgetary and financial reporting skills.
Proficiency in Retail sales technology, workforce applications, reporting, quality and monitoring tools.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills – fluent in English.
High computer literacy.
Strong analytical skills.
