As an Account Executive, you’ll establish and build relationships across each of your target accounts. You’ll understand the business issues facing the client and articulate a vision of how Pega can address those issues. You’ll sell into and throughout your defined financial services target accounts. You’ll manage the whole sales process from penetration through successful deployment, orchestrating a team of incredibly smart functional experts from within the company, as you focus on a specific vertical.

With training, sales tools, marketing and competitive intelligence resources at your disposal, you’ll quickly become conversant in our value propositions, technology, differentiators, customer references and solutions to successfully map solutions to client needs.

Consistently meet or exceed assigned booking goals
Create account plans to coordinate, identify, and drive new sales throughout each customer
Participate in regular account review sessions

Characteristics of the Ideal Candidate:
BA/BS Degree or equivalent business experience.
8-12 years industry related sales experience in financial services
Working knowledge of BPM or similarly important enterprise-wide solutions within vertical markets.
Success in the sales environment and a proven domain expertise necessary.
Must have sales relationships in targeted accounts
Travel Requirements
50 – 75% travel
