Job description
At least 2 years in compensation or HR

The role of the Executive Compensation Program Specialist / Senior Specialist is to support compensation cycle and off cycle activities for a set of businesses. Responsibilities include:

1) Propose to management executive compensation packages for new hires, promotions, relocation, incentive plan changes or retention actions,

2) Prepare transaction in Exec Comp system and send it to the appropriate approvers to formalize their support

3) Manage executive incentive program cycle, cash and equity cycle for one or several businesses : issuing review spreadsheets, providing guidance to management, ensuring compliance to corporate guidelines and funding

4) Manage banding of new/changing executive roles

5) Handles sales executives' teaming process

6) Produce on demand TCP analysis and report

Bachelor's Degree
English: Fluent
