General Purpose

Logistics Services Manager is responsible for creating and deploying world class supply chain based on customer and business requirements for selected accounts and/or geographies. He/she contributes to Nokia supply chain strategy and capability creation by collecting, evaluating and communicating customer supply chain requirements and opportunities. He/she is responsible in managing customer quality related to logistics service delivery for selected accounts and/or geographies.

Main Responsibilities - Focus in NAM and LTA North
•Actively identifying opportunities and risks related to Nokia's supply chain processes & tools, performance and capabilities.
•Supporting Nokia supply chain capability development by providing local requirements and insights from customers and operative teams.
•Managing the deployment of new Nokia supply chain initiatives and projects within his/her responsibility areas.
•Representing Nokia's supply chain in internal and external global and/or local stake holder reviews within his/her responsibility area.
•Actively engaging customer's and Nokia's supply chain teams to discuss and set targets for supply chain performance. Ensures timely action follow-up and reviews.
Leading and coaching operative logistics teams in developing and deploying world class supply chain

Regional role with close interaction to area Customer Logistics and global capability creation and account teams

Environment and Key Interfaces:
Region Customer Logistics Distribution Services, Customer Availability Management and Information Capability Management: Reviewing Nokia's supply chain performance and identifying development opportunities.
Area Customer Logistics: Providing guidance to supply chain development and collecting opportunities and risks.
Account teams: Providing insight from Nokia's supply chain operational performance and capabilities.


Impact and Decision Making:
Provides guidance to supply chain capability development and operative teams.

Key Competencies / Experiences:
•8+ years experience in supply chain management including both operational experience (inventory management, customer relationship management, material planning and/or production scheduling systems). and capability development areas.
•Good business management skills including the ability develop, translate and manage strategy, to formulate and monitor budgets and expenses, and to manage costs.
•Good project - and change management skills within virtual teams.

•Customer supply chain performance including availability and profitability
•On-time and quality implementation of projects.
•Customer satisfaction
