Senior Decisioning Architect

Job Purpose:
Responsible for providing high quality consulting services using the Pega Decisioning technology on all project assignments. Main purpose is to provide expert analytical and product consulting services using Pega Decisioning and Marketing solutions for customers. Provide thought leadership to help clients change the way they think and work. Find opportunities for bottom line benefits through predictive analytics and real-time decisioning. Advise and help the client realizing opportunities for improvement in specific market sectors.

Key Result Areas:.
Provide expert guidance to customers and partners on best practice implementation of the Decisioning product
Advanced understanding of the CDM implementation methodology and be able to communicate it’s artefacts and procedures to clients and partners.
Complete work in time / effort budget. Provide proactive update to Engagement Leader if timelines or effort estimate are in jeopardy.
Provides regular updates to Engagement Leader on project progress and outstanding issues.
Guide business users on sales and retention proposition development and data mapping requirements.
Assist client in the development of statistical predictive and analytical models to support recommendations
Ensures delivered work product meet/perform to functional requirements by communication business requirements to the application architects and by serving as the lead testing resource in both unit and user acceptance testing phases

Minimum Level of Education/Experience: BS with 5 years of experience, or Masters Degree with 2 years of experience (Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering).
Minimum 3-4 years of experience, average 4-6 years of experience in databases (Oracle / DB2), data management tools, reporting BI/tools (Business Objects / Cognos), machine learning
Marketing and/or risk management experience
