Overview:
We are currently seeking an Assistant Manager to join our Workplace Operations team. This position will be based in Englewood Cliffs, NJ.
Position Description:
Supplies Management:
Office supplies to include (OfficeMax acct mgmt), Information Technology supplies, Building supplies, R&D samples,Business card, Printing, Stationary, Supplies Budget management/report
Invoice processing
Executive's purchase request follow up :
Communicate with HQ chairman office
Purchasing, Delivery coordination
Quarterly expense report
Purchasing card management
Audio conference account management and payment process

Qualifications:
Associates degree required. Bachelors degree preferred
Must be able to multitask in a fast paced environment
Must be detailed oriented
Strong technical skills (MS Office)
Bilingual (English/Korean) preferred
