The Field Service Account Representative provides administrative support to the Field Service Management team related to business operations of LG service centers in assigned territories. The Field Service Account Representative will be required to take ownership of accounts in order to maintain a premium quality service network.
Maintain contact with service centers and field service representative’s to determine needs.

Schedule warranty repair requests for customers and find the root cause of long pending repairs to improve customer satisfaction and repair turnaround time.
Interpret and explain policies and procedures to customers; resolve customer inquiries, problems and issues.

Provide administrative support to an assigned field service representative and assigned territory.
Communicate regularly with service centers to maintain current records.
Evaluate service coverage area and work with Field Service Representative’s to bridge coverage gaps while setting up service.

Evaluate outcome of difficult cases to ensure customer satisfaction and provide feedback for future improvements.
Answer service center and Direct Mobile Service Technician inquires regarding warranty claims, A/P and A/R.
Process service center terminations based on performance and coverage.
Other duties as assigned.

Minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree or 3 years equivalent experience
Working knowledge of MS Outlook, Power Point, and Excel.
Excellent communication and customer service skills with the ability to multitask and work successfully in a rapidly changing environment.
Ability to respond quickly to management requests and work, as needed, to perform duties.
