Job Purpose
To manage the provision of comprehensive recruitment services in the assigned department(s) through tactical recruitment initiatives designed to provide recruitment solutions and professional guidance to the line in accordance with EY standards and industry best practices. To forward plan recruitment campaigns and projects with Chief Officer level of divisions, ensuring delivery of all recruitment including direct involvement in executive positions.

Responsibilities
You will be responsible to:
Provide front line interface to Chief Officer/VP/Management, ensuring delivery of manpower plans and recruitment strategy according to business requirements working in partnership with Chief Officers and HR specialist/support teams as required.
Ensure implementation of best practice recruitment tools (e.g. assessment centre methodology) establishing credibility of recruitment function as centre of expertise and ensuring that the most suitable candidates are selected and candidate care standards are met at divisional level.

Ensure effective communication tools are used throughout recruitment processes to communicate with the business and candidates’, ensuring the highest possible candidate care is delivered in line with EY policies.

Accountable for ensuring recruitment delivery is cost effective and optimized, using a variety of methods and tools, also working with agency support where required.
Advise managers on sourcing and ensure all recruitment advertising and initiatives, cost and timeline to hire are within budget and targets, and that all marketing complies with corporate requirements.

Provide advice and support to HR BP and other senior HR managers, CPPI and CEO Office as required for the recruitment and selection of executive positions and efficiently perform all recruitment activities (e.g. shortlisting, telephone interviews, interview and assessment, salary negotiation, etc.) are in accordance with all policies and standards and within agreed time frames for executive positions.
Provide regular updates and feedback to Chief Officers and HRLT on all recruitment activity for each division.

Ensure compliance internationally with recruitment policy and employment law / best practice in each country, including referencing / criminal record checks.
Mentor and guide team members to improve skills and ensure recruitment best practice is followed and delivery is to defined quality standards.

Set up and manage contracts with employment agencies, ensuring cost efficient agreements and relationships are managed effectively.

Requirements
You are required to have the following:
6-8 years executive/management recruitment experience, with preference to airline industry experience.
Awareness of local and international employment legislation.
Project management training and/or experience.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Degree level education in business administration or related subjects is required, additional HR qualification highly desirable but not essential.
