Job Purpose
To deliver innovative and inspiring marketing campaigns that demonstrate a strong return on investment, positioning Etihad as the World’s Leading Airline.


Bachelor’s Degree in a Business Management related area (a specialization in Marketing or Communications would be a distinct advantage)
3 years experience in marketing / communications role
Experience in the various disciplines of Marketing Communication such as advertising, media, direct marketing, below the line & online advertising.

Experience in market sector targeting, ability to address market complexities, product offer development, features-benefits-solutions selling, communication metrics, analytical intelligence with a quick understanding of complex coherences etc.;
Played a key role in conceiving and delivering a genuinely innovative and effective marketing campaign
Campaign conception, execution, tracking and reporting
Budgeting and account processing
Creating reports including sales results analysis
Strong negotiation and presentation skills.
Ability to analyse booking data and recommend/take appropriate action
Strong interpersonal skills and social competence, team player

Desirable: Any of the following:

Experience in loyalty marketing and particularly frequent flyer schemes
Experience in graphic design, experiential marketing, conference & events & expos
Experience in partnership management, sales and marketing
Direct experience managing the creative agency relationship

Core Responsibilities: (80%)

implementation of central marketing campaigns to tight deadlines
Use sales forecasting and strategic planning tools to identify market trends and make recommendations on relevant programmes to address market needs
Utilise “closed loop” Campaign Management processes, including appropriate measurements for marketing effectiveness and efficiency (incremental revenue contribution)
Evaluate and analyse campaign results to inform decisions to modify strategies based upon results as needed
Consult with the commercial team regularly to identify issues and opportunities for revenue generation
Evaluate the financial aspects of such tactical product development, such as costs versus return-on-investment
Non Core (20%)

Administration tasks, including budgeting, record keeping
Regular reporting to key stakeholders in the organisation

The Individual

High proficiency in written and spoken English
Strong numeracy skills
Capacity to multitask, and maintain output in a consistently fast paced environment whilst ensuring accuracy and adherence to brand standards
Ability to generate incremental sales through creative and targeted marketing campaigns
IT Systems Required

Microsoft Office, particularly Word, Powerpoint, Excel

Adobe Creative Suite
Experience with CRM systems
Experience with web content management systems
