Intel's Architecture Group is seeking a Product Development Engineering who will be responsible for the test development on Automated Test Equipment(ATE) for high volume manufacturing. The candidate will work in the area of Off Line Fusing or OLF. Responsibilities will include Fuse ATE test program development, test debug, test Characterization, yield improvements , and test time reduction. Responds to customer and/or client requests or events as they occur. Develops solutions to problems utilizing formal education and judgment. Candidate will work in a collaborative team environment.


Candidate must possess a Masters degree or Bachelors degree in Computer Science or Electrical Engineering per listed requirements below:

Minimum Requirements:
Masters degree in Computer Science or Electrical Engineering + 2 years experience in the following;
- Experience to include working with/in Automated Test Equipment Test
- Program development for screening parts in Manufacturing

Preferred Requirements:
Bachelors degree in Computer Science or Electrical Engineering +3 years experience in the following;
- Experience in device fusing in manufacturing, OLF or CMT
- Racal or activate experience
- manufacturing test fundamentals
- C/C++, UNIX, and scripting skills (i.e. PERL)
- 6 months Visual Basic experience
