We understand people's desire to join a dynamic and innovative team, where your ideas are valued and your creativity is nurtured. Our future is your creation.

On the simplest sense, a Program Manager's job is to guide a product to a successful market outcome. This involves not only balancing time and money, but also such things as matching supply with demand. In practice this means coordinating and collaborating cross-functionally - with Sales, Marketing, Sourcing, Finance, Legal, Product, etc. - and setting the cadence for the overall team. Of course, a large part of a Product Manager's attention involves sweating the details. However, an even larger part involves motivating resources - getting people on the bus and in the correct seat, as it were. Among other things, the Program Manager must intermediate the requirements of Nokia to the ODM, and vice versa. Finally, a great program manager knows how far s/he can push the system without having the system seize up. In this respect, the program manager does not avoid risk, but rather manages risk. A Program Manager is the hub of the wheel, the producer of the film, the conductor of the train.
