We are looking for a Program Manager to join our Data OS Analytics engineering team in Burlington, MA. Data OS provides a central place to store, distribute and analyze data. Data OS Analytics is the analysis platform built specifically to capture, analyze and act on unlimited data points enabling the decision making to provide personalized and highly relevant experiences to consumers.

The Program Manager will consolidate input from product management, QA, R&D and operations, and drive software development and data ETL activities, to deliver the needed features and customer integrations on time and with a high level of quality. The Program Manager will clarify priorities, track the status of all deliverables, anticipate and mitigate risks, and ensure best practices are developed to allow development teams to work effectively and optimally. The Program Manager will also be the champion of the customer, advocating the customers' vision throughout the entire software and delivery lifecycle.

The Program Manager must have 8-10 years of relevant work experience and a minimum of 2 years' experience in running Agile-based development projects.

Competencies/skills required:
• Strong leadership skills with an emphasis on collaborative, agile-oriented working practices.
• Excellent negotiating and influencing skills.
• Hands-on experience of all phases of the project lifecycle from conception through to implementation, infrastructure and support.
• Experience with coordinating work and communicating status across multiple geographic time zones
• Proven experience at improving ways of working and thinking out of the box to solve issues
• Proven experience at identifying and mitigating risks in advance of their becoming blockers
• Excellent communication skills across multiple media (written, verbal, documentation, reporting)
• Must be able to multi-task multiple programs and sub-projects/work streams.
• Works independently with little supervision
• Confident at presenting to top level management.
• Minimum of 2 years' technical project or program management experience. Recognized expert in their field (depth & breadth).
• Experience managing large Internet scale software projects
• Practical experience with SCRUM
• Practical knowledge of software QA-related methodologies and tools
• Bachelors / Masters Degree
• PMI or equivalent certification desirable
• Experience with data analysis tools a plus
• Experience with JIRA desirable
