Job description
The SAP HR Benefits Consultant is responsible for working with clients to implement the SAP HR modules pertaining to the Benefits solution. This includes implementation, upgrade, and/or extension of existing SAP HR applications. Detailed knowledge and experience of SAP Benefits configuration is essential.

The consultant will configure the SAP Benefits well as assist clients in the selection, implementation planning, fit analysis, testing, rollout and post-implementation support of large-scale SAP HR application solutions. The consultant will also be involved in improving operational metrics, business case development & performance measurement. He/she will provide functional knowledge & manage client relationships within context of individual role. Position requires 100% travel.

This role assists clients in the selection, implementation, and production support of application packaged solutions. They use in-depth consulting skills, business knowledge, and packaged solution expertise to effectively integrate packaged technology into the clients' business environment in order to achieve client expected business results.

Required
Bachelor's Degree
At least 2 years experience in SAP Human Resources
At least 1 year experience in Benefits
At least 2 years experience in HCM
Readiness to travel 75% travel annually
English: Fluent

Preferred
Master's Degree
