Job Description
This role will require successful candidate to work for 21 hrs / week, either morning or afternoon shift who will be responsible to communicate directly with Guests in an empathic and timely manner with the aim of resolving their issues and retaining their future business. Ensure that all Guest feedback is used in a positive way by the business to improve our standards and procedures, and to promote Etihad as a caring airline.

Requirements
You should either have a Degree in Customer Relationship Management and 5 years related experience or a diploma and 7 years frontline customer service experience. Experience in the airline industry is essential.
As the role is part time, successful candidate must have UAE residence and be sponsored by family members

Job Description
Successful candidate will provide admin support to the Baggage Claims - Guest Affairs team, whilst maintaining accurate records of all guest feedback, received via Epiphany, fax and letter

Requirements
You should be minimum of 3 years frontline customer service experience in either the airline or hospitality industry with world tracer baggage system experience. Educated to High school dipolma.

You are required to have the following:
Good knowledge of all Microsoft Office applications
Ideally good airline product and procedural knowledge
High level of competency in both English and Arabic communication, oral and written
World Tracer Baggage System working knowledge

Baggage Claims Prorate Officer

Job Purpose
Successful candidate will be responsible to control network baggage claims ensuring that all procedures related to baggage claim investigations and settlement are dealt with to the highest standards and that customer contact is conducted efficiently cordially. Main priority to claim back all monies paid on behalf of other carriers and to produce monthly statistics for the entire network.

Responsibilities
Your responsibilities shall include but not limited to:
Co-ordinate network stations, ensuring agreed and published baggage claims procedures are followed, highlights adverse trends to Ground Services network to the manager baggage services so that remedial action is taken. Support Baggage Claims Officer to manage network baggage claims for all stations including authorization for payments, ensure passengers claims are genuine, case files are supported
Prorate of other airlines payments through IATA clearing house to ensure Etihad retrieval of funds.
