Job Purpose
Successful candidate will plan, direct, and coordinate tactical marketing programmes designed and agreed to meet the commercial objectives of Etihad. The focus of the role is to conceive & deliver strategies that ensure the organization achieves the planned revenue from a marketing communications perspective.
Responsibilities
Your responsibilities shall include but not limited to:
Conceptualize and project lead the implementation of central marketing campaigns to tight deadlines across all markets to ensure a successful roll-out across out stations, defining principles for operational co-ordination and integration of the different disciplines
Use sales forecasting and strategic planning tools to identify market trends and make decisions on relevant programmes to address market needs
Establish “closed loop” Campaign Management processes, including appropriate measurements for marketing effectiveness and efficiency (incremental revenue contribution)
Evaluate and analyse campaign results to inform decisions to modify strategies based upon results as needed
Consult with the senior commercial team regularly to identify issues and opportunities for revenue generation
Develop segment specific and relevant tactical products that can be used centrally and by the outstations to deliver commercial objectives
Evaluate the financial aspects of such tactical product development, such as costs versus return-on-investment and profit-loss projections. Develop and implement central trade marketing strategy and tools
