Job Purpose
The Senior Manager Quality Airworthiness has two main areas of responsibility to the Head of Quality:
He/she will be responsible to support the Head of Quality Assurance in establishing CAR M sub part I within Etihad and having complete overall management control of the entire Etihad fleet of aircraft and monitor compliance with, and the adequacy of procedures required to ensure airworthy aircraft as required by the CAR M regulations.

He/she will manage the complete Airworthiness Review and Certificate of Maintenance Review of aircraft and plan to achieve on time ARC and CMR renewals with minimum operational disruption.

Responsibilities
You will be responsible to :

Ensure initial development/setting up of the CAR M Subpart I requirements and procedures in the Continued Airworthiness Management Exposition (CAME) for GCAA approval and related procedures in the company Technical Procedures Manual (TPM).
Responsible in co-chairing all meetings during the implementation phase of CAMO and continuous development and improvement of the CAME and TPM to be in complaint to the changing regulations.

Job Description
The Cabin & Projects Manager has two main areas of responsibility to the Manager Aircraft Engineering:

1.) He/she will be responsible for all CAR-OPS 1 requirements to Airworthiness Directives compliance, Service Bulletin analysis, associated modification, BFE and any company requested modification incorporation for all cabin aspect on Etihad’s fleet. The Airworthiness Directives compliance is a mandatory part for Etihad to maintain the part M approval.
2.) He/she will be responsible for BFE and vendor management and liaison In order to ensure customer satisfaction on all Etihad aircraft, he/she has to ensure functionality, reliability and availability of the specified and installed equipment.

3.) He/she will be responsible for coordinating cabin projects that are directed by the Manager Aircraft Engineering. This projects will be either a) focused to support Etihad Specification Department in new/used aircraft specification or b) implemented to maintain/increase cabin reliability/functionality/appearance of Etihad’s In-service fleet.
