To support the recruitment team in the day to day operations including advertising, Shortlisting, interview arrangements, system support, reference checks and administrative tasks. Liaise with all stakeholders (Hiring manager, recruitment team, candidate, etc.) to ensure assigned tasks are completed in a timely manner.
You will be responsible to:
Arrange and communicate with candidates regarding interviews, travel plans, visa and accommodation requirements.
Obtain all necessary documentation from candidate’s to complete the recruitment process within Company procedural guidelines.
Posts vacancies on careers website and any other external websites, maintains the recruitment log with up-to-date information of postings and their expiry.
Builds professional and open relationships with HR Administration and other departments who interact with the recruitment process to ensure the timely and effective completion of recruitment process.
