Job Purpose
Successful candidate will be key contact within commercial centre of excellence to provide support and subject matter expertise on the management of key internal and market intelligence data that is used for fact based analysis of Commercial activities. Create, improve and maintain multiple data models, ensuring the quality of the data is maintained.

Responsibilities
Your responsibilities shall include but not limited to:
Evaluations and problem investigations according to the needs of the department.
Work closely with colleagues to try and identify data related problems and solve them.

Ensuring high quality data is collected and integrity of the data is maintained.
Processing of data and coming up with reports on various projects.
Analysis of information using various statistical methods, trying to understand patterns in data and possibly suggest conclusions.

Conceptualization of data and sharing this knowledge through effective presentation of the data output with the rest of the team.

Developing and preparing information products to be used by the organization.
Developing of programs and data that can be used for data analysis and presentation.
Data modeling and management.

Ensuring smooth and proper running of data management process.

Requirements
Preferably a degree in Computer Science, minimum 3-5 years experience in a similar data driven role. Aviation industry experience will be preferred, but not mandatory. Previous experience undertaking analytical projects and proven track record of success in influencing senior management to undertake actions leading to positive performance improvement.

Job Description
To manage, develop and facilitate comprehensive training strategies to support corporate goals with regards to Safety and Emergency Procedures training (SEP) and as well as manage resources in terms of time, product and people in order to deliver world class training programmes.

Responsibilities
Select, lead, develop and manage a core team of Training professionals (Instructors/Lead Instructors/) as well as (Cabin Crew) Part Time Trainers. The jobholder would also be required to monitor and conduct on-job performance feedback and coaching to ensure that set annual aims and objectives are achieved and at the same time contribute to the on-going continual professional development of those individuals identified

Supervise the design, the development and the delivery of SEP related training programs in order to meet departmental (and third party) needs, in compliance with national and international regulations and standards as well as best training practices.

Liaise with all relevant line departments within the airline to ensure that appropriate training needs/requirements and Trend analysis are highlighted / established and related documentation, policies and procedures are implemented as required.

Prepare and submit Capital and Expense budgets as well as monitor annual costs associated with the SEP Training Unit to meet planned growth requirements set by Etihad Management. This will incorporate strategic thinking in minimizing training costs through analysis and selection of appropriate training methods and resources, while at the same time ensuring quality and effectiveness as well as identification and exploitation of Third Party revenue generation opportunities.

Job Purpose
This role is key to develop leadership and development capabilities of senior and supervisory cabin crew. The job holder is responsible for the design, delivery and evaluation of inspirational training interventions. Lead and manage a team of full and part-time facilitators to ensure that quality and consistency of design and delivery and provides feedback to individuals to constantly improve and drive the best performance.

Manage stakeholder relationships to ensure programs are developed to respond to business priorities. Enables cabin crew development training to be cohesive in building leadership capabilities from cabin senior through to cabin manager.

Responsibilities
Leads and manages a team of facilitators to deliver leadership courses that build on the skills and experience as the crew develop through the business.
Coach, develop and provide feedback to Facilitators on performance to form part of the appraisal management system.

Develop and implement training manuals that ensures all the leadership and promotional courses are delivered in the style and tone that reflects Etihad brand values consistently.

Implement for all training courses accurate and up to date training plans with trainer notes and version identification.

Provide feedback and assessment to all facilitators to ensure that they are consistently striving to d Assess, evaluate and certify trainees on courses conducted both in-house and by external out-sourced trainers. Provide one on one coaching and reassessing where required for trainees who have failed to meet the required standards.
