Job Purpose
Successful candidate will supervise all front desk activities to optimize all guest interactions and satisfaction whilst ensuring compliance with all Etihad ticketing policies and procedures and high standards of customer service delivery to exceed guest expectations.

Responsibilities
Your responsibilities shall include but not limted to:

Supervise the efficient operations and monitor performance of the assigned team in order to achieve revenue, yield and volume targets.
Ensure team compliance with all Etihad reservation policies and procedures and standards of guest service
Handle day-to-day problem resolution, escalating to higher levels as required.

Assign duties, responsibilities, staff roster and leave records
Coach, counsel and motivate the team, evaluate performance in a meaningful way that recognizes staff achievements and provide opportunities for skills enhancement (i.e. schedule training in AUH, shadowing for new joiners etc); 
Keep self and the team up to date on product, service, policies and procedures through regular team meetings ensuring communication and understanding by team members.

Ensure all monies accounted for and TSR tallies
Ensure ticket stocks are correctly logged, stocked, stored and all material properly stocked and displayed.
In a state of flight disruption, ensure liaison with all involved (guests and colleagues alike) is managed in a positive manner and that revenue and guest satisfaction requirements are maintained.

Responsible for having queues, PTA issues, TODs and re-issues completed in a timely manner

Requirements
High school graduate with three to five years airline or travel agency experience in a reservations and ticketing role with at least two years supervisory experience

You must have:

The right to live and work in Libya.
Certificate/trained on reservation system*AMADEUS* - courses in reservations and ticketing
Airline advanced passenger tariff and pricing course
Recognized IATA or knowledge in rules and regulation of airline restrictions
Coaching skills 
Good written and oral English language skills
Ability to work under pressure and to short lead times
Able to work on own initiative
Good PC skills include Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Internet
Numerate

Job Purpose

Responsibilities

Requirements

Minimum 10 years experience in Line/ Base Maintenance. 5 years experience in a training role.
Formal technical training in at least 1 Etihad aircraft type
Certified trainer or recognized training qualification
Well developed communication and strong interpersonal skills
Excellent knowledge of engineering standards appropriate for an International airline
In depth knowledge of Aviation regulations (e.g. UAE GCAA or EASA)
Excellent command of English language

Job Purpose
The purpose of the Troubleshooter at Maintenance Control Centre (MCC) is to provide technical assistance to line maintenance at AUH and outstation in order to have the aircraft back in service at the right time. He coordinates all received information regarding technical problems in the daily operation and reviews technical history of aircraft. He monitors PFR’s via AIRMAN and AHM, PIREPS, MAREPS, in order to create and follow up with measures to be taken by the line maintenance organization for all Etihad aircraft at AUH and outstations whenever persist. He also creates the follow up work packages for repetitive defects in compliance with approved data.

Responsibilities
You will be responsible to:

Daily monitoring of aircraft condition in terms of discrepancies and deferrals related to aircraft and cabin system
Monitoring of repetitive discrepancies and deferrals
Active communication with MCC – Duty Manager in regards to aircraft condition and support during AOG situation at AUH and outstation
Ensures and follow up that the TSM and repair action is carried out by line maintenance at AUH and outstation accordingly
Support of line maintenance at AUH and outstation during troubleshooting at the aircraft
Monitoring of engine and APU oil consumption
Creates work packages for AUH Line and ensures they are delivered and understood.
Keeps record of all action taken.

Requirements
Valid Aircraft Maintenance Engineer License (ICAO, EASA66), and/or an appropriate Engineering degree. Minimum of 10 years airline industry experience in aircraft maintenance certification / maintenance management.

In addition to above; you are required to have the following:
Formal technical training in at least 2 Airframe / engines types of Etihad's fleet
Excellent knowledge of line and base maintenance operations, familiarity of maintenance regulations issued by an appropriate regulatory authority (preferably EASA and/or the U.A.E GCAA)

Job Purpose
The Cabin Appearance Duty Manager is responsible to the Manager Cabin Maintenance for conformance to all CAR-OPS 1 requirements during incorporation of Cabin Maintenance. This will include Airworthiness Directives, Service Bulletins, NRs ensuring they are carried out in accordance with AMM, CMM, and Cabin Standards Manual with adherence to Etihad’s Sub-Part M (maintenance) approval within the Etihad Air Operator Certificate (AOC).

Responsibilities
You will be responsible to:
Liaise closely with all concerned departments to ensure communication and coordination of cabin maintenance activities.

Review and monitor the status of cabin maintenance work assigned ensuring high standards of quality and work is carried out in accordance with AMM, CMM and the Cabin Standards manual.
Resolve technical problems and provide effective solutions in accordance with all policies and standards
Manage and coach all works and contracted suppliers who physically perform Cabin Maintenance. He analyses and monitors the condition of Etihad cabin condition, and the work performance of the staff and parties involved.

Working with and assisting Etihad Engineering, external BFE vendors in resolving in-service issues and providing probable causes and solutions.

Evaluate technical information from various parties and to then make competent decisions to provide clear direction to your Shift Leaders & Team Leaders.

Keep teams updated with latest cabin technical information through regular staff briefings.

Ensure workplace safety, effective working practices and compliance with all policies and procedures.

Monitoring aircraft documentation to ensure it is completed in an accurate and timely manner and ensuring that the aircraft cabins are certified for release to service.

Proactively monitor his staffs health and safety requirements and raise risk assessments when required.

Requirements
Must have had formal training of an aeronautical nature and be a holder of JAR 66 license, in addition have extensive knowledge in Cabin Maintenance gained through experience.

In addition to above; you are required to have the following:
Post holder must be able to demonstrate a sound knowledge of cabin maintenance gained over a period of not less than 10 years, with a proven track of success in cabin maintenance from previous employment.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
