Job description
As the AP EMM Lead, your responsibilities include:

• Lead the EMM team across AP - includes:
o Assisting in ensuring appropriate enablement plans are in place to strengthen the team's experience, both from an EMM expertise level, as well as best practices standpoint
o Acting as the point person for the team's issues and helping represent the AP team within the context of the larger WW EMM team
o Providing guidance on opportunities as needed
o Administering team and individual goals
• Assess customer strategic needs and uncover business requirements in order to portray EMM solution advantages to assist in generating revenue targets
• Conduct business -focused discovery sessions, presentations, demonstrations and proof of concepts
• Deliver tailored solutions and organizational recommendations to meet current and future business requirements
• Exhibit credible customer fluency across key customer verticals
• Act as an EMM Marketing SME on solution themes, delivering presentations at internal & external events and supporting cross company initiatives and projects.

Candidate is expected to:
• Be an advocate for the AP EMM team, provide coaching, and timely feedback in a matrix-management environment
• Participate actively in sales strategy and positioning
• Share knowledge in terms of prospect requirements, competitive insights, and product feedback
• Travel to clients’ sites, 50%, or more, of the time.



Required Skills:
• Minimum 5 years of presales experience in the EMM domain OR minimum 5 years of presales experience in the digital marketing optimization domain
• Proven leadership skills - either in a management or leadership role
• Proven track record selling to marketing executives and marketing analysts
• Broad familiarity with EMM competitive landscape
• Experience crafting business solutions for EMM’s key verticals: Financial Services, Telco, Hospitality/Entertainment, Retail, etc
• Excellent communication skills, being able to deliver powerful, succinct and convincing presentations at all levels of an organization while exhibiting Gravitas and business credibility.
• Ability to articulate complex client needs and corresponding functionality in writing.
