Job description
Responsibilities:
1. Provide DPE single point of contact and be the advocate between Service Delivery and the DPE/PE/Client
2. Manage cost including annual DOU as appropriate between service delivery and the DPE/PE
3. Ensure positive client satisfaction and client relationship is maintained for service delivery
4. Drive/Manage service quality, performance, and improvement of service delivery processes
5. Participate in Over/Under (O/U) cost/recovery, identify ways to reduce cost, and improve service
6. Deliver on service commitments and participate in account plan/strategy
7. As directed by the DPE/PE, drive/manage subcontractors/third party providers
8. Participate in Technical proposal preparation and submit to DPE/PE for review and approval
9. Understand client requirements, business opportunity identification, guidance, support and closure
10. Provide technical support and participate in the Change Control Board and/or change control process
11. Participate in response to Requests for Service (RFS’s) on behalf of the delivery organization
12. Drive audit readiness and ISeC (Information Security Controls) compliance where appropriate

Job description
The GMT L&K Lead builds and manages the Education Plan of Learning Events for the GMT they lead.

Each GMT L&K Lead is aligned to a specific GMT and has responsibility for executing the delivery plan for their aligned geo region and actively managing the budget for each quarter on an event by event basis.

GMT L&K Leads develop and manage relationships with key GMT business stakeholders, trainers, event managers and learners and support the delivery model within their GMT. In addition they interact with the GMU L&K team & GMT GM Leader & Operations Manager to receive & provide top down & bottom up guidance to ensure that the GMT L&K operations are in alignment with business & the overall GMU L&K strategy

Voice/advocate/primary point of contact for L&K products/services for L&K in the GMT, ensuring that L&K services meet GMT needs and are delivered consistently/effectively in the GMT.

Work with GMT leadership to identify specific Learning, Knowledge Management, Methods, and Benchmarking needs.

Job description
Job Description of Singapore Indirect Tax Manager are as follows:-
• Manage all spectrum of indirect tax compliance (including but not limited to VAT returns and internal reporting packages), as well as provide advisory support for all IBM entities in Singapore;
• Manage indirect tax assessments and tax audits, including interface with tax authorities on relevant indirect tax issues;
• Track GST legislation changes in Singapore and optimize tax opportunities for the company, and update business units and function units on the applicable regulatory changes that impact them;
• Work with Accounting on FAS 5 Reporting;
• Ensure the timely and accurate lodgment of indirect tax returns, including VAT returns and/or other information as required by tax authorities for all IBM entities in Singapore;
• Ensure all IBM entities in Singapore are compliant with quarterly SOX and other internal control requirements;

• Provide practical advice to the business, supporting functions and AP/Corporate on financial and tax operational issues, which include, but are not limited to system/ process set-ups, business model flows, local/ cross border transactions;

• Provide guidance to Singapore Indirect Tax staff;

• Lead and manage indirect tax projects as and when required; and

• Conduct training and education sessions to Tax and other departments, as and when required

As the AP EMM Lead, your responsibilities include:

• Lead the EMM team across AP - includes:
o Assisting in ensuring appropriate enablement plans are in place to strengthen the team's experience, both from an EMM expertise level, as well as best practices standpoint
